Q. How much do they cost?
A. Prices are subject to change. We have four basic categories of products that we use to determine the price:
1. Party Favors (bought in bulk)
2. Event Scrolls (bought in bulk)
3. Greeting Scrolls for a very special person (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or Father's Day')
4. Greeting Scrolls for many special people throughout the year (e.g. birthdays)

Q. Do you pay for referral or promotions to synagogues or other organizations?
A. Yes! We are currently offering up to 35% of the item total to synagogues or other organizations when you refer your families or members. Please contact us for details at service@candytorahs.comJason@CandyScrolls.com.
Q. What are the different paper options?
A. We have matte paper (premium 28lb paper), glossy paper (we currently use photo paper or vinyl paper), and canvas (cotton). In the picure, the left paper is the matte paper, the middle paper is photo paper, and the right paper is canvas.

Q. What's your turnaround time?
A. After a design is selected and/or created, the Candy Torahs can usually be shipped within two to three days. If you are in a rush, please let us know. We will do everything possible to get the order to you as soon as you need it without any extra fees.

Q. Can you use MY graphics or a photo?
A. Yes, for bulk orders, at no extra charge! Remember, though, that the graphics will be pretty small so don't get too ambitious. Just e-mail your files (in just about any format) to us at service@candytorahs.comJason@CandyScrolls.com. The only exception is for the Holiday Treats. But contact us and we may make an exception to our exception!
Q. How big are they?
A. They are about 4 inches tall, measured from candy wrapper end to candy wrapper end. There is approximately a 2 by 1-inch space for text on the front of the Candy Torahs and about a 2.5 by 1.25-inch space for text on the front of the Candy Scrolls.
Q. Can I get kosher Candy in the Torahs or scrolls??
A. Yes, Tootsie Rolls are kosher and a Fizzers (a kosher version of Smarties) are available at no extra charge! Click the graphic at right to see the heksher and kosher certification from Paskesz.

Q. How do you ship?
A. Medium-szed domestic packages usually go via UPS from Denver, CO. Smaller packages usually go via USPS. Overseas orders go via the U.S. Postal Service. Click the map to show UPS ground shipping days.

Q. What does "Satisfaction Guaranteed" mean?
A. It means if you're not happy with your Candy Torahs or Candy Scrolls, just send them back and we'll refund the full amount you paid us—both product AND shipping. We also offer a "Proof Positive" guarantee. That means if you pay first and don't like any of our design ideas, we'll cancel your transaction right away so you're protected.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover. On our website, you'll checkout via PayPal but you don't need a PayPal account. We will never see your credit card information.
Q. Can I get a sample?
A. Sure. Just drop us a note at service@candytorahs.comJason@CandyScrolls.com. Tell us what kind of product to send (Smarties, Fizzers, or Tootsies), and we'll send a few pieces to the shipping address you specify (continental U.S. only, please).
Q. How do people find you?
A. Mostly on Etsy, where we sell the same Bar Mitzvah favors, Bat Mitzvah favors, Bar Mitzvah Centerpieces, Bat Mitzvah Centerpieces and other great custom wrapped candy that are great for all sorts of simchas including Mishloach Manot for Purim and fun, unique treats for Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, Simchat Torah, Chanukah, Yom Ha'atzmaut, Lag B'Omer, and Shavuot.
